The driver photographs the transport prescription form in the driver app at drop-off. And the invoice is created in the same system, with 7 % VAT preset.
Recurring rides: set up once, planned for twelve months
Patient transport rides are the most plannable business in a taxi company – and at the same time the one in which a forgotten appointment does the most damage. A dialysis patient travels three times a week, always at the same time, for months.
In TaxiAgentur’s calendar you set up such a ride once as a series. It is then in place twelve months in advance – with time, address and the driver responsible.

When patients and surgeries call
Many patient transport rides are booked by phone – often together with the return journey. In such a call, the AI phone answering creates two rides: there in the morning, back in the afternoon.
If the caller says “to the hospital”, the job still says “to the hospital” – the driver reads what the customer actually said. On request, the software looks up the complete postal address for it.
The transport prescription form arrives by photo
With patient transport rides, the document is as important as the ride itself. In the driver app the driver photographs the transport prescription form and papers right when dropping off the passenger – several photos per ride are possible. Added to this is a short note at pick-up and once again on arrival, if there is something to record.
In this way the document is already secured before the paper arrives at the office.
Invoicing in the same system
You write the invoice in the invoicing area of the same software: customer, address and the payment method “on account” are stored once, 7 % VAT is preset, and under incoming payments you see what is open and what has been settled. If a payment fails to arrive, there are payment reminders at several levels.
The approval of a patient transport ride and the billing rules of the health insurer concerned remain the company’s responsibility. The software plans the rides, records the documents and produces the invoice.

Can I set up dialysis rides as a series?
Yes. You set up recurring rides – for example every dialysis on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – once in TaxiAgentur’s calendar. The series is then in place twelve months in advance.
What happens if a single appointment in the series is cancelled or moved?
The software asks before it changes anything: just this one day or the whole series. That way the series is preserved if a patient travels on a different day for once.
How does the transport prescription form reach the control centre?
The driver photographs the transport prescription form in the driver app when dropping off the passenger. Several photos per ride are possible.
At which tax rate are patient transport rides invoiced?
In the invoicing area 7 % is preset; 19 % or another rate can be selected. Your tax adviser will clarify which rate applies in the individual case.
Is the software also suitable for school rides and other fixed routes?
Yes. Any recurring ride can be set up as a series – dialysis rides as well as school rides or fixed routes for regular customers.
