TaxiAgentur’s “Employees” area is the staff management for taxi and private-hire companies. For each person it keeps a digital personnel file with contract data, documents and notes, shows the working time from the shifts actually driven, manages holiday and sickness and reminds you in good time before the driving licence, P-Schein or medical examinations expire.

Working time from the real shifts
In a taxi business nobody works from nine to five. Working time results from shifts – and these are available in the software anyway: the driver starts the shift in the driver app, records breaks and ends it at the end of the working day.
From this, staff management shows the shifts and hours worked per person. Added to this is the yearly overview with holiday, sickness and days off. The drivers submit requests directly from their app.
Deadlines that announce themselves
The driving licence for passenger transport – the P-Schein – is only issued for a limited period, for five years at most (§ 48 Fahrerlaubnis-Verordnung, the German Driving Licence Regulation). If it expires unnoticed, the driver may no longer carry passengers.
TaxiAgentur therefore monitors the deadlines for the driving licence, P-Schein, medical examinations and vehicle documents and reminds you in good time before a document expires.
Vehicles, driving style and access
